The shawl collar can be worn either turned down or wrapped up around your face for added warmth. The underside features a trim in russet and bronze, covering the seams that connect the front facing.
The back of the wrap is gathered at the waist with a belt that is permanently attached to the back with hand stitching using embroidery thread, The Belt is 2" in sidth and made from the same sweater fabric to ensure a cohesive look.
This fabric is 100% polyester.
The shawl is both machine washable and machine dryable. It has been washed and dried three times: once before cutting, once after cutting, and once after the final details were added. To wash the shawl, use the delicate cycle with cool water. When drying it, set the dryer on low and dry until it is still damp, then lay it flat to finish drying. Hand washing and letting it air dry flat will help reduce the chances of future pilling.

Actual measurements: The back width is 50 inches, the front panels are 25 inches wide each and the length from the shoulder to the bottom of the hem, both front and back is 35 inches.
