Who can forget the monster under the bed? Even with all the lights on, the fear of being alone in a dark room remained; monsters must be hiding somewhere. It is just so dark!
We all desire a big Papa Bear to gather us in a bear hug, show us the always-present light, and remind us that we will never be alone.
I hope this bookbox brings back happy memories of when someone comforted you while you feared monsters under the bed. By reading this story to your little ones, you can share that comfort and help them understand that love is like the light of the moon, it never goes away.

This diorama is securely housed in a wooden box and is crafted from a variety of materials, including epoxy resin, jewelry components, polymer clay, wood, dried stalks of the Goat's Rue plant, and glow-in-the-dark UV resin and tape. Every element is handmade or assembled by me.
The lighting features a flickering LED in the fireplace, symbolizing that even though the light may flicker on and off, it will never go out. This LED, along with other steady lights, is powered by two CR 2032 3V batteries. The battery compartment is conveniently located on the side of the box for easy access.
Accompanying the diorama is the book "Can't You Sleep, Little Bear?" by Martin Waddell, a wonderful tale to read to Little Bear.
The book box with the blue light contains the First U.S. Little Book Card Edition, published in 1997, and measures 4x5 inches, stored in a pouch at the back of the box.
The book box with the green light holds the First U.S. Paperback Edition, published in 1994, and measures 8x10 inches.
The dimensions of the book box are 6 inches tall, 2 inches deep, and 4 inches wide. A leather strap on top makes it easy to carry, while a metal latch on the side keeps the contents secure.
Please note that this is intended to be a keepsake nightlight, not a toy. It should be kept out of reach for children under twelve (12) years old. Although the small parts are glued into the diorama, they can potentially be pried away with sufficient pressure or with the right tool.
I created this entire diorama on my own, following my personal journey of discovery.
