Every little girl's dream, a little niche under the eaves with all your treasures, books, and pets. Heidi's story captures the hearts of young and old alike, reminding us all that love can be found where least expected.
Displayed on a shelf in a child's bedroom, the diorama serves as a source of inspiration and wonder, inviting curiosity from all who pass by.
The kitten is polymer clay and the milk is glow-in-the-dark resin. Everything is handmade with lots of warm memories of the book and my fantasy life as a little girl.
With a movable window the view into town changes and is lit with a LED acting as sunshine. A candle keeps the bedroom glowing in a soft light. When the lights are turned off, various parts of the diorama glow in the dark.
